A SERIOUS IHJUHY.William Horan Got a Ringer So BadlyCrushed it Had to Be Amputated,William Horan of Lancaster street, employed in the knitting room of the Victor mill, while at work repairing a knitting frame about ‘I o'clock yesterday afternoon met with a painful accident. His left hand got caught, and his fingers were badly braised, the top one being so seriously crushed that it was necessary to amputate it.
