Blackford Court House*The new county court house of Blackford county, at Hartford City, is being1 pushed as fast as the weather will permit. Contractor Christian Boscker, who is erecting it, said Thursday that his men were now working on the walls of the last story? having six feet of the last story done. The roof will be put on in March. The court house will be Blackford county's pride. Little Blackford, with only four townships, is setting a good example to Allen county,with its twenty townships and big eitv.
