SHERIFFS SALE!BY virtue of a writ of venditioni expo, nas now in my bands, issued from the Clerk’s Office of the Posey Circuit Court, in favor of William Ferguson and Scarborough (Pentecost, (for the use of Smith, Brothers Co.) and against Joseph Phillips, John W. Phillips, Frederick Phillips, and Samuel Anable, I will expose to public sale, at the Court House door in the town of Mount Vernon, Posey county, Indiana, on Monday, the 24th' day of March next, the following lots and tracts of land, to wit: Lots No. 5, 6, 7 8, Block No. 13, and Out Lot No. 16, in the town of Blairsville, as the property of Joseph Phillips, subject to a mortgage of the State of Indiana. Also, the undivided half of John W. Phillips and Frederick Phillips to the south half of the south east quarter of section No.2 and the south west quarter of the south west quarter of section No. 2i, and a small fraction of the south west quarter of sec* tion No. 19, which lies between the State road and the first mentioned tract of land— all in township No. 6, south of range No. 13 west; to be sold to satisfy said plaintiff’s debt and costs.
