Chicken ShowerThe women of the Shady Grove community are not forgetful of their neighbors who have the misfortune of losing all their chickens when thieves visit their henhouse by night and carry away the whole flock. This was demonstrated last week when fifteen women made a gift of one chicken each to Mrs. John Hartman. These chickens replaced those taken by thieves a few days previous.
