Gets Acquittal and Fine.New Haven,—Immediately after he had been adjudged Innocent of violation of the liquor laws, Guiseppe Catania was placed on trial in the criminal side of the common pleas court on the charge of having violated a tenement house law. In this action the specific complaint was that Catania had not provided proper toilet facilities on the third floor of his James street tenement The jury found Catania guiity of, the violation and he was fined $25 and costs, A. verdict of not guilty for both Joseph and Guiseppe Catania was returned by the jury in the criminal side of the court of common pleas and Judge Wolfe discharged the accused.a
