Mrs. Kate*, who delivered the dedicatory address asked that the audience suggest a text, but as Done were given she in trance state selected her own. She is a cultured lady, a voluble speaker, with a touch of the dramatic which does much toward holding the attention of her auditors. Mr. Kates also made a ■hort address showing him an adept at the art.Mrs. Kates gave two or three tests which were pronounced highly satis* factory. The intensity of her manner in giving these at once carries force and conviction.
