WIFE ALLEGES HE SPENT HIS MONEY FOR DRINK AND FAIL ED TO PROVIDE Elijah Burnett of this city is made defendant in a suit for divorce brought in the circuit court by his wife Victoria Burnett, in which she asks legal separation on the grounds that he is an habitual drunkard, fails to provide for her, and associates with women of its repute. They were married July 9, 1813 and lived to gether as husband and wife until January 31, 1974. Hunt Gambill represent the plaintiff.
