WILD MAN ONBULL’S HORNS.Charleston, a C. February 19.— ; Attacked by furious bulls, a wild negro mao. naked and Ho wing hair j was driven early this morning into one ol the phosphate mining camps near here. Although gored hr the animals and suffering otherwise, the negro lougkt with the might of a panther.Hundreds of phosphate workers were aroused from their sleep by the screams and howls of the uegro and the snorting of the bulla. The animals soon desisted, but the wild mao gnashed his teeth and waved his arms as though frantic.Oue ol the onlookers lassoed the man. Others rushed up, and nltci a short coollict the negro was overpowered.He was Isaac Glover who manv months ago went raving mad and took to the woods. Since that time he has been the terror of the mining camps.After his disappearance he was seen no more foi two or three months when, one afternoon, a gang of workmen was attracted by hideous lu»w!« from a nearby swamp.
