HENRYETTA — Justice of the Peace Ralph Giles has ruled the fatal shooting last Thursday pot Theopholis Zachary, 27, justi fiable homicide and freed the victim's father, Dock Zachary, 55. Two witnesses verified the elder Zachary's story at a preliminary hearing yesterday, Tae Hoffman, community Negro told the court he was trying to get away from his intoxicated son who was wield ing a web of barber's shears. Zachary said he was persued to a neighbor’s house where he pick ed up a rifle and, after doing reason with his son, fired in an attempt to wound him.
