MORTGAGE SALEDefault haying been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made jby Schuyler C. Schnorf and Vinnie Schnorfp husband and wife to John F. Cuff dated the 20th day of August A* D. 1919, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county of’Clare and State of Michigan, on the 2nd day of September A. D. 1919 in JLiber 25 of mortgages, on page 387, and assigned to John H. Sane Holtz on «the 16th day of December A. D. 1925 and recorded the 9th day of January A. D. 1926 in Liber 36 of Mortgages, on page 605 on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice, for principal and interest, the sum of Twelve Hundred and 26-100 (§1200.26) dollars,and statutory attorney fee as provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law having been instituted to recover the moneys secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof.Notice is Hereby Given, that by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, and the statute in such case made and provided, on Friday the 2nd day of April, A.
