N. shops, wns the victim of a wry painful accident by which lie lost his left hand- He vs as in a pit In the round house, working lt;ui a locomotive from underneath, when the engine was bached up without warning, catching his left hand, and crushing it off near I lie wrist. The injured man was carried to the Oak Street Pharmacy, mid later carried to the hospital. Ii Is learned that the lower part of the arm was also broken and amputation will have to be made of the lower arm. Wynne has been in the service of the company for quite a time, and was a good workman. Tlie accident is deplored by his many friends.
