Notice is hereby Given,That the subscriber of Anne-A»rundel county, bath obtained from the orphans court of Anne Arundel coun in Maryland, letters of adminis tration on the personal estate of John Nicholson, late of Anne-Arundel county,deceased. AII persons having claims against the said deceased, are hereby warned to exhibit the same,with the voychersthereof. to the subscriber, who is alone authorised to settle said estate,at orbeforethe 10th dayof August next, they may otherwiseby law be exclurft^i from all benefit of the said estate VAjfven under my hand this 10th day ofjfybmmry 1321.John Heard, Administrator.
