The new addition to the church is almost completed. The painting of other rooms is being done and plans are being made to do some work on the auditorium. The men of the Brotherhood and some of the ladies have been faithful workers. The W.M.A. met Tuesday morn ing at the church. Their project for the past few months has been helping to furnish the new nurs ery. They purchased carpeting for the floor, mattress covers, and sheets. They also purchased a large play pen. Their present pro ject is buying a hot water heater for the kitchen. They were very proud to add two new members to their roll last month The Y.M.A. met Tuesday night with 14 present. A business meet ing was followed by a very in teresting film on Safety. They are enjoying the new projector, which they recently bought The G.A.’s met Monday night in the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Cate for their monthly social All enjoyed games and refresh ments. The project, which the girls are now working on, is re placing the silverware for the churc. Several men of the Brotherhood enjoyed a fellowship breakfast at one of the local cafe’s Tuesday morning of last week. They en joyed it very much and plan to make it a monthly get-together.
