NOTICE 16 HEREBY GIVEN: That_there was filed In the Office of the Auditor of Clark County, State of Indiana, on the Sunday of Feb ruary, 1915, a petition signed by John H. Boyd et al, revident fresholders and royal voters of Washington Towns hip, Clark County, State of Indiana, for the garding and improving with, crushed stone, # certain highway in watch township and described 'a said petition, which is in the words and figures as follows, to witt TO THE BOARD OF COMMISSION ERS OF SLARK COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA: We, the undersigned resident frac [netters and legal veters of Washing ton Township, Clark County, State of Indians, Reid Township having no incorporated town or city with a pop ulation of thirty thousands or more, hereby petition said Board of Com ‘nissioners, for the improvement, by trading, draining, and covering with crushed stone, the following describ ed highway located in its entirety in said township, town: Beginning at a point on the New Washington and Nobb Road at what is commonly known as the Noe 1 School Haury, and connecting at said point wih the northwesterly end of the improvement of said highway under the petition of BS. L. Adair and others, running thence in a north -westerly direction along and over .laald New Washington and Nobb Road to the Township line and connect at lat each point with the County Line Road, cald township line being also jthe dividing line between Clark County and Scott County. Gald high way is less than three miles in length, over which a Rural Mail Route pass 8 and fr 3 continuation to the said township line of said highway im proved under the celd petition of G. 1L. Adair and others. Gald petitioner a rank that said high way ke: laid out thirty feet In width and eighteen feet Inside of ditches that It be drained, graded and cover, bat with crushed stone ring feet in width and ten inches In depth throughout Its entire length; that upon the fil'ng of thin petition with the Auditor of Wald County and the due publication of notice thereof.
