Waggoner, of Ilenry county offered two bills, one of them to secure state-wide prohibition.The later bill is to prevent manufacture or sale of liquor in Kentucky, and to amend the constitution to give the people the right to vote on statewide prohibition. The companion bill is to prevent the sale of liquor within 400 yards of any school or church.COMPANY WITH MILLIONS.
