Obituary.ANDBRBON.Alex. Anderson was born In Canada, county of Huntington* Province of Quebec* Sept, as, 1871. When a child he removed with his parents to Chicago in June i87a, and from there to Toledo, Ohio whore they lived until 1891, when they came to Brush Creek, Fayette county, la, where he has since resided,* His death occurred Saturday morning Feb; 13, 1892, aged 20 yrs, 4 mo. .and 19 days, Alex was a good boy of nn-usnal good habits, kind and industrious, He loved his home better than any other place and he was usually found these if not at work or away on business.The funeral took place from the M, E, church, Monday at 1:00 P, M, A very large company of relatives and friends were present showing the high esteem in which the deceased was held, and also to sympathize with the parents and sister who are so sorely afflicted, The school of which he was a member attended the funeral in a body and brought a beautiful wreath of elegant flowers.The service was conducted by Rev, W, W, Carlton preaching from the text foundin Matt. 24: 44 “Therefore be ye also ready for in such an hour as ye think not the son of njnn comcth.”The body was intcred in the Taylorsville ccmetry.
