Mr. 3. is a vigorous writer, and will be missed by the craft, He is to be succeeded by H. S. Knapp, Esq., one of the oldest and ablest Editors in Ohio. IIis precise location bos never been discovered, but the great amount of jewelry, gold watchss, lt;$•£., that have been manufactured by old Peter, have given him a world wide reputation. True, it is a reputaiion that should make every body regard him with suspicion, yet the old gentleman has acted apparently with a full knowledge that the fools were not all dead, and that everybody did not read the newspapers; and his success clearly demonstrates the fact that his presumptions were about correct.
