Co. J. Dobkins was appointed custodian of the Municipal Swim ming Pool at a meeting of the Park Board Friday afternoon in the Chamber of Commerce. Dob kins filled the same position last year. Plans are for the pool to open on April 1. The Park Board decided that the same rates prevailing last year would be maintained this year. Season tickets for the family will be sold at $5. This ticket admits every unmarried child of the fam ily under 21 years of age as well as the parents, but does not in clude house guests of the family. Single swims will cast adults 10 Cert Rf Wiifeen enann 19 ert fee 6 years of age will be admitted for five cents and children six years of age and under will be admitted free. The same rules and regulations rewarding the pool will be in force this year as were last year. ‘These include the rule that everyone entering the pool must take a shower before doing so and that swimmers must stand in the solu tion provided in the bathhouse for protection against any foot dis ease. At the discretion of the custodian, a health certificate from a physician can be required of any person entering the pool. In addition to appointing Dob kins, the Park Board re-appointed Frank Schmidt as superintendent of Moore Park. The pool and all equipment is in readiness for the opening in April. It has been kept in good order dur ing the Winter and the equipment was recently painted. Moore Park itself has greatly been improved during the last few months and will be much more at tractive during the coming season than ever before. Park Board mem bers believe. Members of the board include E. K. Fawcett, Geo. E. Love, E. F. Measels, Frank Sehmidt and Jas. C. Netts.
