By The Associated Press CINCINNATI, .,, Feb. 17. — The body of “Jew! John Marcus, slain gangster, is to be returned here from Hamilton for burial by the Chesed Chel Immes, Jewish charitable organization, which provides burial for indigent mem bers of the faith, Dr. Edward ©. Cook, Butler county coroner, previously had refused two requests of the or ganization for the body, stating he hoped to conduct the funeral in Hamilton in the belief some mem ber of the underworld, present when Marcus was slain several weeks ago might attend. Marcus’ death remains unsolved.
