On their arrival they found that they were ex-pocted to stay over aud play the next day. They could not do this however, and eventually the ganio started about 11 p. m. The poor ice and the small rink (which was about the size of a large table cloth) were a handicap to the Hosmer team.However, it was a good fast game, with lots of hard checking but no dirty work. The Hosmer boys played good hockey and were unlucky in losing by one goal. The game only lasted 40 minutes, the score at half time was 2 2 and at the finish Frank left the ice winners by a score of 1 3.Frank team had tho same line-up as when here while Hosmer was represented by Mathieson, Charbouneau, Cornett, Ford, Lcithauser, Judge and Tower referee Mr. McLeod.On Saturday night the boys went to Michel and rubbed it into the team of that town to the tune of 4 goals to 1. The team report a pleasant game and also a very good time after the gamo, thanks mainly to the efforts of Dr. Weldon. There was a fair crowd in attendance several going up from Hosmer to take in the game.The Hosmer team was composed of Mathiesou, Charbouneau, Bromley, Cornett, Ford, Judge, Gordon.Iisp«puanODistrict No. 18 Convention
