The tian charger with the crime was a midte-aged, one eyed Mexican, vamed Carlos Munoz, who was, soon after his arrest, taken from the officers by 2 mob of about forty mon and lynched, at least fifty shots being fired into bio ody. When the news of the assault reached here yesterday evening, Deputy Sheriff Henry Alexan der, and Constable Jett Moore took out papers and tett in Search of the man.
