Sinead, by deed, dated the 24th of Sept. 1860, and reoorded in Wyoming County, in Deed Book, Nov. 9th, page 507, Ac- (Excepting and reserving for toe use of the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, such portion of said land, as is now occupied, or may be bereatter required by said Company for Railroad purpose.
