The engagement of Miss Glenda Jean Gentry to Pvt. Jimmy Lee Spears is announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Glenn Gentry of Bauxite. Spears is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Spears of Bryant. The bride-elect is a 1972 graduate of Bauxite High School and is presently a student at Baptist Medical Center School of Nursing. Spears is a 1971 graduate of Bryant High School. He is stationed at Memphis, Tenn. with the United States Marine Corps. Wedding vows will be pledged at 3 p.m. at Garch Giede er anarch 31, 'n So Now Sees Rev. and Mrs. Billy D. Shepard of Woodbridge, Va. announce the engagement of their daughter, Deborah Jo, to John Michael Yoho, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Yoho, also of Woodbridge. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rev. and Mrs. Jesse W. Shepard of Benton She is a 1971 graduate of Gar Field High School and attended Northern Virginia Community College. She is presently employed by Federal Publications, Inc. in Washington, D.C. Yoho is also a 1971 graduate of Gar Field High School and is now attending Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA. A wedding date of June 29 has been set.
