Over 70 Mothers Attend LuncheonOver 70 mothers attended the annual Mothers’ Club luncheon Tuesday at Sabina School, A meal was served by Mrs, Hubert Sheley and staff,Mrs. Donald Munzer, president, expressed her appreciation to everyone who helped make the luncheon a success j and proceeded with a brief business meeting. In the absence of Mrs. Roger Leslie, who is a patient in Mount Carmel Hospital, Mrs. James McDermott served as secretary. Mrs. Munzer recognized Mrs. Dean Snow and Mrs. William Stewart for the job they had done as j March of Dimes chairmen. The club voted to purchase dark shades for one hall of the classrooms. A decision was made to change the price of admission from 50 cents to SI for the St. Patrick's Day dance sponsored by the club. After much discussion, it was decided that the club would not prepare the dinner for the Alumni Banquet and it was agreed upon that the ! Alumni would work together and prepare their own.After the meeting a style I show was staged with mothers and children modeling. Those who modeled were Mrs. Snow, Mrs. James McClary, Mrs. William Stewart, Mrs. Jack Tagg, Mrs. Robert Morgan, Kim and Kathy, Mrs. Joseph Morgan and Cody Dun. Mrs. Byron Dun was the commentator. Decorations and favors were prepared by Mrs. Robert Baker. Mrs. Roger Smith and Mrs. Chester Adams each received a planter.
