Grads MeetAt Banquet1- 1?aker, Taxis, ' Angfeinoyer, Slaybaugh Officiate At Banquet Of Lower Moreland High Football Team.The Lower Moreland High School football banquet held in Huntingdon Valley, February 9, was a virtual Gettysburg reunion. The speaker for the occasion was Captain George “Speedy” Baker, ’20,who starred in many a Bullet victory. Captain Baker is now head coach at Wenonah Military Academy. Rev. Alfred L. Taxis, ’09, pastor of the Huntingdon Valley Presbyterian Church, pronounced theinvocation.The coach of the Lower Moreland team is William “Skeets” Angle-moyer, *31. Anglemoyer, in his two years of coaching, has been phenomenally successful and was highly complimented at the banquet.The toastmaster for the dinner was Carl C. Slaybaugh, ’30, who, together with his teaching duties at the school, is faculty manager of athletics. The fact that four of the present freshman class came from Lower Moreland last fall is evidence of the helpful influence of affairs of this type.uisnI(
