Leonidas Theodoroff. or in Russian Fiodoroff, I am able to give a few details concerning the new Bishop of Ukraine. Tho Bishop ip a convert from the Russian schism. He joined the Catholic Church in 1906. when Archbishop Szeptycky, after long negotiations betwen l he Apostolic Seo and the Russian Government went to Russian in order to investigate the validity of the ordinations of the scbis* malic sect of the Staroviercy, or Old Faith, which is the least opposed to the Catholic Cnurch.
