The delegates to the Y. M. C. A. Convention at Akron, returned home last evening. They report an excellent and profitable meeting. There were sixty-five delegates on one train for Akron, and thev made the cars ring with songs of praise. Upon reaching Akron thev were very cordially received by the citizens who endeavored to make the visitors feel as much at home as possible. Altogether the gathering at Akron was one of the most notable and enthusiastic that was ever in that city: The delegates re* turned home very much enthused in the Y. M. G. A. work and the Association ! in our city will now be pushed forward. ' Already oyer $15,000 have been raised and as soon as the committee decide on a location,the erection of a building will commence.
