In the case of Ardis Fletcher vs. Lester Fletcher, defendant was given a hearing Tuesday before Judge E. E. Pruitt upon the question of contempt of court with which he had been charged, for not obeying a court order made on September 28, 1933. The de fendant was declared guilty of civil contempt in failure to carry out said order and was ordered by the judge that he be committed to the Carroll county jail until he complies with the court order.
