Gives Clever Exhibition of Trans mission of Thought and Wire less Telepathy. Mercedes, and his assisant Mlle. Stantone, appearing at a local theatre, gave an exhibtion of trans mission of thought and wireless telepathy, at the Alpha Delta Phi house Wendesday afternoon which completely mystified their audience of faculty and students. Anyone could whisper the name of a piece into the ear of Mercedes, and Mile. Stantone would prompt ly play it. As a further exhibi tion of their skill, two students were requested to stand behind the pianist, and think of some melody. They did, and without a word be ing spoken Mercedes’ assistant played the pieces which the two students wanted. It mattered not whether the piece was a classic or a modern syncopated melody, the pianist played it. Prof. Hoffman was among those present and though he gave out no statement, was evidently agreeably impressed by the two performers, who really did some thing clever. Over 100 men signed up last Tuesday for the Aero Corps, which is to established at Prince ton. A regular course will e given in the subject.
