Alack . ndAmanda Mack, late of day aforesaid, now of parts unknown; stating, that the said Charles H. Mack and Amanda Mack o*1 the32nd day of February, A D. 1855. duly txecuel to the said Ed-1 ward Bickford a Mortgage deed rf certain lands jdescribed as follows:—and being a part of hCnumber two on the first range of lots of land in J the said town of day. Beginning at the west end of the s«one wall on the south side of the highway as now traveled from North .lav to North Trov, near Jonathan Chase's dwlt; liing-hou^e, thence sonh on a lit.e parallel with the east lineof said leL till it strikes the south line of] said lot, to contain sill of said lot east of saidline excepting what Ammi Brown owns of said lot, and also being the same lands and premises on which the said Charles H. Mark and Amanda Mack then lived, in said Jay. Conditioned for the payment of a certain prommissory note hearing date on the ‘22nd day of February, A. D. 1855, for the sum of thirty-one dollars and fifty cents, signed by the said Charles H. Mack an'l made payable to the snid Edward Bickford or bearer by the 21st day of June then next, with interest.Which is justly dne and owing and has not been i-aid according to the effect of the seme: Wherefore, the petitioner prayed that the equity of redemption of tiie said Charles 11. and Atnnn da in the premiss may be foreclosed agreeably to the act ro diminish the expenses of foreclosing Mortgages in equity.The above mentioned Bill o* Foreclosure of Edward Bickford aforesaid, having been filed in the office of tne Clerk of the Court of Chancery within and for the County aforesaid, and it appearing to the. Court that Charles H. Mack and Amanda Mack. Defendants, reside without the State, to wit: in parts unknown, so that a subpcena cannot be served on them, it is ordered by the Court here that the said Charles H. and Amanda Mack be notified to S^ocar before said Court, on the 4'h j Tuesday in June, A.
