Changes Plea to Guilty.New Haven.—William J. Bowen, who was arrested by New Haven road detectives on January 1st, following a series of thefts of baggage at various stations on the road brought rbe* fore the superior court and changed-his plea, from not guilty to guilty, and was sentenced by Judge Williams to a term of from 9 to 10 years in tha state prison.
