Vq Fernollne Halnam.Tho Halloon Anffiulon,Prof. Fisk was o»t again yesterday soliciting subscriptions and advertisements. Ho succeeded in raising enough to guarantee the ns-cension, which will bo made on Wednesday, February 20th, from the court house square. We have met several gentlemen who have seen the exhibitions of Prof. Fisk, and say that his balloon ascension and parachute jump is equnled by no living aeronaut. There is no question but that he will dra\v the largest crowd to the city that lias ever been attracted hero by an exhibition of any kind. Excursion trains will be run on the S. A. M. road at half rate.
