The record does not show what proceedings were liad for the condemnation of tba vessel, bat when last seen she was moored poar the levee. This is a brief state meat of an interesting and impmcaut case which was decided against the owners of the vessel by the Circuit Court of the United States for the District or Massachusetts, in a recent suit against the insurance oompany for the recovery of ilie amount for which the ship was insured. The question is one of great interest, because the decision of the coart Will Involve the question whether tbs leisure is to be regarded as a capture by the aathorlzsd forces of a dc facto govern-, meat* or' by persons who are to be rc-RHrdcd as pirates.
