The Late Disturbances in Charleston.We published on Monday an account of some riotousproceedings n the part of a party of discharged col ered troops. We find the following report of the affair in the. Charleston News of Monday, from which it appears that the account brought to this city by passengers and published by us was somewhat exaggerated:“On Friday afternoon a number of colored soldiers, recently discharged from service, were so lisorderly upon East Bay, near Adger’s wharf, hat a detaclu entof the 'U are sent for to quiet them.
