Lester Kempf Paroled. 0j' At a short session of Circuit Court, \Vt this morning, a parole was granted to;**,,Lester Kempf. 19 year-old youth whojtawas convicted several weeks ago of Jh stealing a hog and sentenced to serve lt;•},tttwo years in the state penitentiary.Kempfs ease had been appealed but the order granting an appeal was set on aside and the application for appeal sn was withdrawn by the youth’s attorney's. The parole was granted on the request of the jurors who tried the rase and who returned the verdict. of conviction. A petition signed by each j si juror was submitted. The court also matofinItook into consideration the fact that lt;n! hiatthe defendant was but 19 years old and that it was a first offense.
