The paper is one tof which the school may well be proud, rbeing will* replete articles, in whichir*were harmoniously blended specimensittof wit, talent, humor, and in short eV- «cry style of literature was represented |in a manner tliat is worthy ot the highest commendation, and reflects thegreatest credit upon the contributors,(iThe editorial was com died in as elegant ‘and chaste language as we ever heard, t which was read by the fair editress in Jthe most charming ami impressive man- jner. The articles seemed doubly at-ittractive to us, being read by such a • graceful and charming a person as Miss JJlaubney, who looked like a veritable «• * •princess. Miss I)aubney is an excel- Jlent reader, having a voice that is »strong and distinct, yet mellifluous andsi.1melodious in the extreme.Linneus may well be proud of her \sehools, having one of the best build- *ings in Xorth Missouri, and a corps ofteachers that for general excellence areunsurpassed hy none in the state.
