LAND FOR SALE.rtpWO valuable lots or tracts of land, situate in JL the Parish of Lincoln, in the County of Sun-1bury, fronting on ihc River St. John, about six miles below the City of Fredericton, on the south-west side of the liver; one of the said !Ms having a front oil the river of 71 rods or thereabouts, and extending back about four miles and a half, and containing-by estimation 500 acres. Tim other lot lies next but one to the above mentioned lot, and has a front on the river of about 57 rods, and contains by estimation 335 acres. Roth lots have an extrusive Intervale in front, with-.a good proportion of cleared laud, belli on the intervale and upland. The same being the well known farm, called the Parker or Glenic farm, and occupied for about-10 years by the late Mrs. Mary Ann Glome, up to the time of her death iii 18*17.Terms of sale will be one-foiih of the purchase money down; one-fourth in six months after the sale, with interest; one fourth in 12 months with interest, and the remaining one-fourth in 18 months after the lime of pale, with interest. A good and sufficient title will be given when one half of the purchase money is paid, and a mortgage on the property then taken for the remainder, or if other good security bn. given for the purchase money at the lime of sale, a title will bn at once given. There is a good barn on the farm, but the other buildings are nut of much value.For further particulars apply to the subscriber, in Fredericton.
