WASHINGTON, (U.P) — The Supreme Court today refused to reconsider its decision that the Army's evacuation of Japanese from the west coast in 1942 was a togal warting action. The court denied a petition of Fred ‘Toyosaburo Korematsu, Japanese-American from San Leandro, who asked the court to reconsider a Dev. 18 decision upon holding his conviction for fail re to report for evacuation.
