He qualified this statement, however, bv saying that one-half of the bulk of the work had been done, but that the work left to be done would take more time than the work already done.The building of the ceptic tank, which was builded while work on the ditching was being done, did not interfere with the ditching and laying of the tile. By doubling up the work in building the septic tank and laying sewer tile at the same time much work was accomplished in a short time. The ceptic tank now is completed and all ready to take care of the sewage just a* soon as the system is completed.Another stone drilling outlit has been shipped here and will lie started just as soon as the weather permits. Formerly the workmen had only one drilling outfit.With an early spring the work eusih will be completed by July 1, according to Mr. Foulke . Of course unforseen diflieultie may arise which will delay the work. Mr. Foulkes, however, is firm in his belief that the job will be completed early in the summer.
