While on a ladder a large belt broke, knocking him from the ladder to the floor. His Bkull was crushed, killing him instantly. . The funeral was held Friday at his home in Chicago.Caleb Lusk was the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Lusk „bf Fist Palmyra, formerly of Newark. He was horn in Newark, Feb. 4, 1858, and lived here until; his father so.ld his furniture business to John Stuerwald; The family then moved to East Pal-3a.m*r:atiitmyra and after a few years Caleb went to Chipago, where he married and Ms since lived.He was a noble young man, of exceedingly genial disposition. He was honorable, upright, sympathetic, winning, friends wherever he went.
