STOPPELLEIN, Masteryvs. 5WILLIAM MILES HAZZARD^Under and by virtue of an execution issued on the judgment entered in the aboveentitled case in the office of the Clerk of Court of Common Pleas for the County of Georgetown* on the 30th day of November, 18%, I have, on the 10th day of February, 18%, levied on all the right, title andinterest of William Miles Hazzard as of the 30th day of November, 1S96. of, in and to the lands and plantations hereinafter fully described, and on Monday, the 7th day of March, 1898, I will offer for sale, at auction* to the highest bidder, before the. Court House in Georgetown, between the legal hours of sale, all the said right, title and interest of the said William Mile*d Ilazzard as of the 30th day of November,oon1-ddnaI1896, of, ill and to:Ail that plantation called Hope land, situate, lying and being in the Parish of St. George Winyah, butting and bounding to the north on lands formerly of the heirs of Thomas Smith, deceased; to the east on lands belonging to the estate of Pr. Philip Tidyman, deceased; and to the west partly j on said Minim Creek and partly on lands ofthe Estate of the said PhiHp Tidyman,measuring and containing, as described in a deed of conveyance of the same from Thomas Lowndes to Rawlins Lowndes and Charles T. Lowndes, dated the ‘22nd day of May, anno domini one thousand, eight hundred and thirty-two, four hundred and seventy-two aud one-half (47'2^)aeres of land, and is described in a deed of conveyance of the same from John Drayton to the said Thomas Lowndes, dated eleventh day of June, anno domini one thousand, eight hundred and thirteen, five hundred and seventy-two and one-half (572^) acres move or less, the latter being believed to be about the true quantity—the said plantation having been conveyd to Francis S. Parker by Jo*eph Drayton, executor of the Estate of Thomas L.
