Monday Henry Meyer and hi* section crew started to work to uaove the switch on the east side of the main track at Market street crossing a few feet further east. To do 60 the embankment adjoining Frank Averill’s corner was graded into a few feet, thus again calling up the 200 foot right of way dis* pute. The improvement is rendered necessary by the building of the new d£pot and it went right on despite the protests of Nathaniel Irish who claims to own the land.
