TIJE STATE OF ALABAMA,-Hancock f ouaalv —sg.Probate Court, February Term,ON the application of A. J. Ingle and Clinton little, Adm’rs of James Tittle, late deceased, and they having filed their accounts and vouchers for a riual settlement, it is Ordered by th» Court that •hey make final settlement of said Estate, at the court house in the town jof Houston, in the eountv and State aforesaid, on the 4th Monday in March next, it being the 22nd day of said month; and that Forty Days Notice shall be given in the Moulton Democrat, a paper printed in the town of Moulton, Law-jence county, Ala., as there is no paper printed in the Co. of Hancock; and that a copy of this Order be sent to James F.' Tittle, who resides in Ellis county, Texas, Warhatchie P. O.; and that he is hereby notified to attend on said day of settlement and show cause, if any, why such settle ment should not be made.
