Montrose. Fes. 9.—The wedding of Mr. Frank Harshman, Jr., of Montrose, and Miss Laura Bullard, of Jefferson township oc curred at 7. p. m last Wednesday. Rev. Wesley Sparks, of Osceola, of the Protest ant Methodist Church, pronounced the marriage in a solemn and impressive manner. Miss Winnierece and Miss Tillie Bullard were bridesmaids ; Jno. Rysinger and Will Harshman grooms men. About 150 guests partook of an elegant and bountiful supper. This is the first wedding in the house of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Bullard, and the second in the Harshman family. On Friday evening a reception was given at the house of the room's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank arshman, Sr., near this place. The parents of the bride and most of the young people who were at the wedding, and a few persons of this vicinity were at the Friday evening reception. The even ing was spent in toasting and enlivened with music, vocal and instrumental, which made the occasion very enjoyable.
