PARENTHOOD DRIVE IS LAUNCHED HERE“The real answer to a lasting peace is control of population,” Mrs. Raymond P. Clayberger, chairman of the drive to raise $2,000 for the Planned Parenthood clinic in Mount Vernon, declared at the launching of the campaign this week.“Countries which face over population cannot remain at peace when they outgrow their own territory and must expand,” she pointed out. “How and where can they go?”Mrs. Clayberger was hostess at the open house February 1 at the clinic.Solicitors for the drive in Bronxville include Mrs. A.
