Melborne Roberts a’s, of Mr. and Mrs. Milford Roberts, has re cently been on leave at his home in Ogden, Utah. For the past three months Mel was stationed at the Navy Training Center in Farragut, Idaho. Upon returning to his post, he will continue his service as a member of a navy dance band, which will tour our camps, playing for shows and dances. Pfe. Walter (Jake) Hale who is stationed at Wash at present is home on furlough and is visiting with friends and relatives. Jake says he knows all their is to know about cooking for the army. Petty Officer 3rd Class, Fred Yeaman, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Yeaman is home on leave. Fred is stationed in New York at present and is attached to the Medical Corps as a doctors aide. He will return to his station the first of next week.
