McLAUGHLIN, residing at 18 War ren Avenue, in the Village of Tucka hoe, County of Westchester, State of New York, praying that a certain paper writing bearing date the 14th day of September, 1936, purporting to be the last will and testament re lating to both real and personal prop erty, be admitted to probate as the last will and testament of JULIA DORAN, deceased, who at the time of her death resided at 18 Warren Avenue, in the Village of Tuckahoe, County of Westchester and State of New York. You and each of you are hereby cited to show cause before our said Surrogate’s Court of the County of Westchester at the Surrogate’s office in the City of White Plains, on the 18th day of February 1938 at 10:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day,’ why the said last will and testament should not be admitted to probate as a will of real and personal property.
