Doran, maternal first cousin of the deceased, whose places of residence and post office addresses are un known and cannot after diligent in quiry be ascertained by the peti tioner herein, William Doran, ma ternal uncle of the decedent, if living, or if he be dead to his dis tributees and heirs at law, if any, whose names and places of resi dence are unknown, and any other heirs at law, and next of kin, and distributes of Julia Doran, deceased, whose names, places of residence and post office addresses are un known and cannot after diligent in quiry be ascertained by the peti tioner herein; and if they be dead, their husbands or wives, if any, heirs at law, next of kin, distributees and successors in interest, whose names, places of residence and post office addresses are unknown and cannot after diligent inquiry be as certained by the petitioner herein, the distributees, next of kin and heirs at law of JULIA DORAN, deceased SEND GREETING. Upon the petition of ESTHER P. McLAUGHLIN, residing at 18 War ren Avenue, in the Village of Tucka hoe, County of Westchester, State of New York, praying that a certain paper writing bearing date the 14th day of September, 1936, purporting to be the last will and testament re lating to both real and personal prop erty, be admitted to probate as the last will and testament of JULIA DORAN, deceased, who at the time of her death resided at 18 Warren Avenue, in the Village of Tuckahoe, County of Westchester and State of New York. You and each of you are hereby cited to show cause before our said Surrogate’s Court of the County of Westchester at the Surrogate’s office in the City of White Plains, on the 18th day of February 1938 at 10:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day,’ why the said last will and testament should not be admitted to probate as a will of real and personal property. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the Seal of the Surrogate’s Court of our said County of Westchester has been hereunto affixed. WITNESS: HONORABLE CHARLES D.
