WHITING, Feb. 10-—Police Officer Gf or«e Mclt; I illi way's sense oC sits-juVion led (o the. arrest of two Chicago youths for automobile stealing'. one a. son of a Chicago policeman. here- yesterday.Officer McGilii way spied the two yonilis on Clark street parked in a. car. When unable to satisfactorily answer the policeman's questions they were taken to the police station. where they admitted they stole the machine to go on a trip tlt; Michigan. Those arrested and later turned over to the Chicago police were: John Owrin, 16, and Thomas Madden, IS. Owrin is the son of Fred Owrin, Chicago policeman. The father came to Whiting and took his sou back to Chicago.Investigation revealed that -the stolen car was the property of Joe J-r. Harney, 6 To!) Parnell avenue, Chicago.
