Round, traveling freight agent for the Cotton Belt, headquar ters in Kansas City, was in the city yesterday. J. J. Dagert, commercial agent for the M., K. T., left for St. Louis yes terday. T. Colman, city passenger agent for the M., K. T., is in St. Louis today on business. H. D. Cline, traveling passenger agent for the New York Central, with headquarters in Kansas City, was in Joplin yesterday. John G. Royster,, Jr., traveling freight agent for the Mobile Ohio at Kansas City, was in the city on business yesterday. M. L. Milestone, claim agent for the Frisco at Fort Scott, was a Joplin vis itor yesterday. 8. T. Cantrell, division superintend ent of the Frisco at Neodesha, re turned to that city yesterday from Joplin. W. G. Williams, special agent for the Missouri Pacific at Carthage, was in the city yesterday.
