One hundred and two acres of land, more or de of co less, levied on as the property of B F Veal, c’d, now in the hands of J H Cronick, as adm’r said B F Veal, dec’d , said land lying in said unty, 248th dist. G M., adjoining lands of Hen ry Straynge, John A. Brand and others, being t o place whereon B F Veal resided at the time of his death ; twenty-five or thirty acres in cultiva tion, remainder in original forest ; tolerable good dwelling house and other out buildings. Prop erty pointed out by plaintiff, W H Mitchell, notice se rved on tenant in possession, Elijah Veal, who holds the land for titles, and Erastus Shankle, who made the bond, Jan. 29, 1877.
